MAH
The applicant to whom the Marketing Authorization is granted becomes Marketing Authorization Holder or the “person responsible for placing the medicinal product on the market”. The MAH must be established within Japan: i.e. the MAH should have a registered office, central administration or principal place of business within Japan.
