1. Cancellation of purchases made at the JKS Document Store: Purchases of electronic (downloadable) documents made at the JKS Document Store by credit cards, followed by instant download CANNOT be cancelled.
2. Cancellation for subscription orders for online databases: Customers can purchase online a subscription to our online databases by using credit cards. Normally, it takes 12 to 24 hours before the customer is assigned an user ID and password, during which period the subscription order can be unconditionally cancelled by using the early cancellation notification to the JKS Order & Accounting Dept. (email to: orders(at)jouhoukoukai.com). Subscription CANNOT be cancelled after receiving the user ID and password.
1. Electronic documents: We do not offer a refund on any electronic (download) document, except in the proven cases, when a customer erroneously made multiple purchases of one and the same document.
2. Database subscriptions: In the case where the customer cancels the subscription before receiving the user ID and password, a refund shall be made for the subscription fee paid with a deduction of cancellation fee. Early cancellation of online subscriptions will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
